   10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
